In what seems primarily an effort to get more content and credibility for the W910i Walkman handset, Sony Ericsson has been announced as a sponsor of this years Mobo Awards. You may remember that Sony Ericsson recently did a deal with the urban music label, Def Jam.
As part of the deal Mobo will provide exclusive content for a Mobo edition of the handset. A nice touch is the sponsorship of the Best Radio DJ Award, which ties in very well to the handset proposition.
